Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging and securely boxed; please include a copy of your invoice or the Return Authorization form inside.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
